Withdrawal docs
Dear Customer,
Please note that every player’s initial withdrawal request in excess of US$50 must be accompanied by the Faxback form .
We do not sell or rent the information you provide us online to third parties and we do not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.
Documents required:
1. Casino Form completely filled out and signed manually. The signature must be hand-written, otherwise it will not be valid. The signature is mandatory, so no document will be accepted without the proper signature.
2. Credit Card Information: last four digits of the card must be blacked out (or can be hidden) and sent scanned to our e-mail.
3. Copy of your Passport or Driver’s license or any government issued identification document. The document must not be expired and must have a visible picture and signature.
4. Recent Utility bill (electric, water or phone bill) with current address printed on.
* These documents except for FAXBACK Form can be sent scanned by email to faxback@atlanticvegas.com
All funds transactions will be instant and hassle free right after your Form is approved by our Security Department and the Accounts Department will then be able to process your withdrawals.
