The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, if upon such review, the players practices have been deemed to be "Bonus Abuse", AtlanticVegas.com Management has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:

All winnings on any account/s opened will be null and void and all cash-ins will be cancelled where play has been deemed abusive.

Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.

Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the AtlanticVegas.com.

In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.

Players are asked to wager the bonus and deposit amounts 30 times before making any cash-outs. 
Every $1 wagered on any of the poker three, blackjack games and video poker or multi-hand video poker games will count as 50 cents towards meeting the wagering requirements. If an excluded game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements, the casino reserve the right to canceled all funds and closes the account, and require the player to forfeit the bonus. 
Roulette do not fulfill players' obligations with regards to the minimum wagering requirements.

For example, if a deposit of US$100 is made and a bonus of US$100 is redeemed, the player must wager at least US$6,000 ((US$100 + US$100) * 30) on applicable games prior to requesting a withdrawal. Players from China, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway & Denmark must wager an additional 20x on any bonus.

All promotional offers and bonuses can only be redeemed by players when they have no existing account balances and no pending withdrawals unless otherwise stated.
